  14. Symptom:      In the NCC, the message "User names will be limited to 8 
  15.               characters because the "Mac name space" was not installed 
  16.               on the SYS volume" is sometimes displayed in error.
  17.  
  18. Problem:      If you select Create Home Folder (Command-H) in the NCC and 
  19.               the Macintosh name space was not installed on the SYS volume, 
  20.               you should see this message.  At this release, the message 
  21.               sometimes displays even when the Macintosh name space is 
  22.               installed on the SYS volume.

  25. Workaround:   Verify this message is displaying true configuration 
  26.               parameters.
